We were inspired by an article in JAMA about President Obama's efforts to modernize the healthcare industry through electronic records in 2009. Since then, our team has continued to expand their expertise in implementing and customizing electronic health records systems, revenue cycle management, and security risk analysis through hard work and dedication.

KnsultIT,LLC is headed by Toral Shah, our founder and principal. Toral is an experienced and passionate individual with a rich and extensive background in healthcare data analytics, data visualizations, implementations, training, workflow analytics and revenue cycle management and process improvement. She is an expert at taking multiple data sources, finding meaningful connections between them, and communicating out the insight and potential they house. Her expert knowledge comes from years of working as an independent consultant in healthcare especially with ambulatory healthcare practices. She has served several healthcare clients including Center for Disease Control (CDC).

With the increased need for efficient operations in healthcare industry, Aditi has deep desire to deliver business insights using raw clinical data using her expertise in software tools. Aditi has 10+ years of industry experience in SQL, data models, cloud services and Agile practices. She has a masters degree in Software Engineering from San Jose State University.

Aditya is a recent master's graduate from NYU in Computer Engineering with focus on Network Security and Data Science. He loves driving innovation using technology, especially when it addresses a social cause. He has worked with multiple startups in the past across health-tech, hospitality and agriculture-tech, having played a key role in each of them and he wants to translate that experience to quantifiable success here at KnsultIT. In his free time, he likes to read, play chess and work on his overall well-being.
